Car Rental Terms & Condition

Welcome to the Visit Incredible India Car Rental Terms & Conditions. Please read this section carefully before continuing our car rental services.

Cancellation
Users are advised to cancel reservations by using the same booking channel that was used at the time of reservation. Cancellation charges are applicable as given in the Cancellation Policy.

No Show:
If customers doesn’t appear at the time and place designated as the pickup point, all paid amount will be non-refundable*.
(*): In any case, if your flight get delayed/cancelled from the airline’s end, then we can reschedule your pickup, only if we receive prior update from your end. Cleanliness
Company doesn’t allow users to carry pets, goods or any other object (oil or any other liquid) that can damage the upholstery/ any of the booked vehicles. In such event, Users will be charged additionally/ on the actual cost to repair/ clean respective vehicle.

Liquor: Company allows only 2 bottles of liquor per person to carry within the car. Number of bottles doesn’t increases in any case.

Car Replacement
If the booked vehicle creates any mechanical error/ flat tyre restraining its uses, in such case, we provide vehicle replacement facility (subjected to the availability of similar vehicle) without any additional charge, applicable only in Within City/ Outstation transfer.

Note: Prescribed limit set for vehicle replacement is minimum 2 hours and maximum till vehicle reaches the requested place.

Extra Time
Extra Hours Calculations will be applicable just after the selected package limit exceeds.

Extra Usage Policy

Airport Pickup/Drop:
In any case, if transfer exceeds 4 hours, in such case, maximum extension of 1 hour is available without charging extra. After this, post extension Extra/Hr charges with be applicable, depending upon the car model/category.

Within City/ Intercity Transfer:
If the travel exceeds beyond the booked package (time & excursion), final billing will cover extra usage charges, i.e; Extra/Km and Extra/hr basis, depending upon the car model/category. Every extra hour has 10 Kms only. Any usage beyond this limit will be charged at extra Kms rate. Outstation Travel: Our Outstation Travels Packages doesn’t include one-way rentals & KMs calculations will start from the city of origin; depending upon following cases,

Case 1 st : Extra KMs Calculation If the travel exceeds 250 KMs per day, in this case, final billing will cover extra KMs calculation, depending upon the car model/category.
Case 2 nd : Extra Hrs Calculation If the travel exceeds beyond 24 Hrs*, final billing will cover extra Hrs calculation, depending upon the car model/ category. Extra charges will be applicable just after the selected Hrs limit exceeds.

(*) : For Luxury Cars; Extra Hrs Calculation will be made, if the travel exceeds 23 Hrs.
