Welcome to Terms & Conditions of Visit Incredible India, www.visitincredibleindia.com (hereinafter referred to as the “site”/ “platform”/ “we”/ “us”/ “our”/ “company”), is owned, operated or controlled by Smile Tours and Travels Private Limited, a private limited company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 having its registered office at C-14, Main Market, Vasant Vihar New Delhi South West Delhi DL 110057 IN.

The company shall provide guests (hereinafter refer to as “user”/ “you”/ “your”/ “customer” as applicable) facility to book their tour/ itinerary/ car rental package, across several locations across India wherever mentioned in the selected tour/ itinerary/ car rental package. The Site and the Services are, collectively referred to as the “Company Products”. These Services are offered to the User by various third-party vendors/merchants such as airlines, hotels, holiday resorts, etc. (the “Service Provider(s)”). Therefore, it is advised to read Visit Incredible India Terms & Conditions carefully before continuing to use this website. Using or accessing the Company Products, including, tour/ itinerary/ car rental package, users are giving their consent to Visit Incredible India to proceed further.

The TOS, delineated throughout this document create a legal and binding contract between you and the Company. By using the Company Products, you represent and validate that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms. In case you do not agree to these terms, you should not proceed to use and are henceforth prohibited from using all or any portion of Visit Incredible India Services. Visit Incredible India is an online booking platform that facilitates online booking and purchase of travel packages, including multiple city tour and single city tour and other travel related services including car rental package.

The Service Providers are solely responsible to the User for the Services sold or for redemption of any purchase made by the User through the website “www.visitincredibleindia.com”. Visit Incredible India deliverable is limited to facilitating the communication, purchase and other related transactions between the User and the Service Provider in regard to the Products and Services offered on the Website.

Visit Incredible India reserves the right not to accept any order placed by the User via the Website at its own discretion, without assigning any reason thereof. Any contract or agreement to provide any Service offered by Visit Incredible India will not be deemed complete unless and until full payment towards the Service is received from the User and accepted by the Company.

Booking Terms

At the time of the booking, users are required to pay full payment to continue/ confirm the booking. See Specific Classic Tours Terms of Use and Car Rental Terms of Use for specifics.

Transfer, Cancellation and Refund

a) Transfer Terms

1. Transfer by Visit Incredible India: Visit Incredible India reserves all rights to transfer program booking/ itineraries; including arranged sightseeing, and can also substitute vehicle (for single city tour and multiple city tour) and accommodation (for multiple city tours only); due to some unforeseen circumstances or something beyond Visit Incredible India’s control; without any prior information unless until the circumstance lead us to modify the complete booking/ package (tour/ itinerary/ car rental).
2. Transfer by User/ Guest: In any case, if user/ guest wish to transfer/ change / modify/ amend booking, then registered users can do it on their own by login in the portal or by writing us at info@visitincredibleindia.com. In case of guest users, guests have to communicate their requests to us in writing at info@visitincredibleindia.com or they can reach us directly by calling at (+91) 989 1111 986.

b) Cancellation Terms

All cancellation requests will only be addressed if received in writing. Email your requests at info@visitincredibleindia.com or you can also call us directly at (+91) 989 1111 986. Cancellation Charges are subject to the following;

i. Cancellation Charges Applicable for Multiple City Tours

91 days prior to departure or more	5%
90-61 days prior to departure	25%
60-31 days prior to departure	50%
30-21 days prior to departure	75%
20 days prior to departure or less	100%

Note:

1. All refunds will be exclusive of Multiple Tour Booking Charges.
2. Additional terms and fees will be applicable for the Cancellation of Extra Services & Partial Room Cancellation.

ii. Cancellation Charges Applicable for Single City Tours

7 days prior to departure or more	0%
6 days or less prior to departure	100%

Note:

1. All refunds will be exclusive of Single Tour Booking Charges (that may vary up to USD 5 to 10).
2. Additional terms and fees will be applicable for the Cancellation of Extra Services & Special Requests.

ii. Cancellation Charges Applicable for Car Rental Package

Prior to 48 Hours from rental time	0%
Within 24-48 hours from rental time	25%
Within 12-24 hours from rental time	50%
Within 0-12 hours/ No Show	100%

Note:

1. No Show: If user/ guest do not appear at the time and place designated as the pickup point, all amount paid will be non-refundable.

c) Refund Terms

All refunds will be made, only if received in writing and process with 9-10 working days after cancellation upon payment as stated in the above Cancellation Terms.

Modification/ Changes

Visit Incredible India reserve rights to modify these terms and conditions which the services are stated at any point of time without intimating user. Therefore, it is advised user to re-check this privacy policy statement/ terms and conditions before continuing to use this website.

Privacy Policy

The User/ Guest hereby consents and agrees that he/she has read and fully understands Visit Incredible India Privacy Policy Statement set forth in the separate section, and which is accessible via “www.visitincredibleindia.com”.

User Conduct

The User/ Guest agrees and undertakes not to sell/ re-use/ re-sell or exploit for any commercial purpose, any portion of the content provided by Visit Incredible India.

The user/ guest further agree/ accept/ undertake not to reverse/ modify/ copy/ distribute/ license/ reproduce/ create derivative work from, or sell any information obtained from the website “www.visitincredibleindia.com”. Copying content of the website “www.visitincredibleindia.com” is strictly permitted provided that the name, Visit Incredible India is stated as the only source.

Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)

All our products and services, our concepts and ideas, our logo and our Brand Name ‘Visit Incredible India’ are exclusively and predominantly owned or operated or controlled by Smile Tours and Travels Private Limited. Therefore, user(s)/guest(s) agrees not to use or display any content registered under the IPR terms without obtaining written consent from Visit Incredible India. Any person/ individual who attempt to violate these Intellectual Property Rights, in any case, have to face legal consequences.
