Day 1: Arrive at Trivandrum

Start your trip by arriving Trivandrum, the capital city of God’s Own Country, Kerala. From airport, you will have a beautiful road trip towards the hotel. En-route, stop at Museum of History and Heritage to witness states’ prestige through a multimedia display. See exhibits from Iron Age Implements to bronze, sculptures, floor paintings, and artifacts. Rest of the day is at leisure. On arrival, you will stay in the hotel arranged for you. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.


Day 2: Kovalam

After breakfast, you’ll be driven to the resort at Kovalam, your stay for next five days. On arrival, have some leisure time to settle into your chosen accommodation.

Consultation Session with Expert 

Your five days rejuvenating voyage will begins with a consultation with an expert. You’ll be asked about the ways you live your life, your sleep patterns, how you tackle stressful situations, your eating habits, etc. On the basis of this discussion, you’ll be given a prescription of therapies, yoga classes, and advices that draws on quite impressive ways to help you adopt a stress-free and healthy lifestyle.

All meals and overnight stay will be at the resort.


Day 3: Kovalam

Have a light breakfast this morning and fickle your curiosities with a guided meditation session, led by a yoga expert who may also offer you some tips that will help you to adopt practices of healthy living in your routine. 

Enjoy Rejuvenation Therapies at On-Site Spa 

After lunch, relax at leisure this afternoon. In the evening, relax your body and mind by following the prescribed rejuvenation treatment that nourishes the body tissues by the application of herbal oils and medicines. At last, enjoy a healthy dinner at your amazing resort, enjoying panoramic views of ocean before going to bed.

Day 4: Kovalam

This morning, wake up early to set out from your hotel’s room for a guided yoga session. Learn basic science of health and healing under the expert guidance of a qualified trainer which will help you to release day-to-day stress and calm your mind for a fresh start. After this, get back to your room to have your breakfast. 

Wellness Culinary Session with Expert Chef 

After lunch, spend this afternoon at your leisure, during which you’ll get on a culinary session with the master chef on wellness cuisines. An exciting evening awaits with an al fresco dinner featuring traditional south Indian cuisines cooked from home grow veggies. End up today’s activities with an overnight stay at the resort.

Day 5: Kovalam

Today morning, experience the unique serenity of your resort with a light breakfast. After some leisure time, benefice yourself by learning the importance of healthy eating and how it influences various aspects of health and wellness through an one-to-one interaction with the chef.

Enjoy Wellness Session at On-Site Spa

After lunch, enjoy a pleasurable afternoon at your room before setting out for a wellness session at on-site spa including therapies that are designed holistically to encourage purgation and detoxification. Return back to your room, with some time to refresh before gathering for dinner. Wrap up today’s delights with an overnight stay at the resort.

Day 6: Excursion to Kanyakumari

Wake up early to set out from your resort to view three main attractions offered by Kanyakumari, southernmost tip of the Indian subcontinent. Start with witnessing beautiful view of sunrise from Trisea Sangamam. Next, follow the beach road to reach Amman Temple. One hour is enough to explore the site.

Boat Ride to See Monuments Inside the Sea    Time: 1.5 Hours (approx.) 

After brunch, enjoy a boat ride of approx half an hour to see the spectacular Vivekananda Rock memorial and Thiruvalluvar statue located inside the sea. This evening, return back to your resort and enjoy wellness amenities.

At last, end up today’s activities with a special farewell dinner celebrating your Ayurvedic Retreat holiday. Overnight stay will be at the resort.
