Day 1: Arrive Delhi

Arrive in Delhi, India’s national capital city, where you’ll be greeted by the tour representative who’s waiting in Airport’s arrival hall. After receiving amiable invocation, you’ll be transferred to the pre-booked luxurious hotel. Complete check-in formalities, and relax for the remaining day. Meanwhile, enjoy delicious meals served at the hotel.


Day 2: Delhi to Agra

Explore Charms of Delhi    Time: 3 to 4 Hours (approx.) 

Proceed for Delhi sightseeing tour after having breakfast at the hotel. Start with the magnificent glimpse of Jama Masjid, India’s largest mosque built in 1656. After witnessing the religious significance of this devotional site, take a traditional bicycle ride to explore the bustling area of Chandi Chowk market. Then, drive past the Red Fort, before you stop for some time at Raj Ghat where Mahatma Gandhi, the pioneer of non-violence was cremated on 30 January 1948.

Now, continue to drive for 14 minutes to reach India Gate, an imposing 42 m high structure in New Delhi, which is actually a war memorial dedicated to Indian soldiers who fought for British in World War I. After clicking some selfies with India’s pride, it is time to again drive past the Parliament area and Diplomatic Enclave before biding a warm farewell to this beautiful city.

Delhi to Agra     Time: 4 Hours; 233 km (approx.) 

After lunch, you’ll be privately driven to Agra. Drive for approximately 4 hours to complete 233 km on-road journey to reach the city of Taj Mahal, Agra. On arrival, check-in at the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.


Day 3: Agra to Jaipur

        Time: 2-3 Hours 

After early breakfast, you’ll tour the majestic Taj Mahal – an apex of Mughal’s masterpiece this morning, when the rising sun lends a warm pink tint to its marble face making it a moment to cherish for a lifetime. Viewing the Taj Mahal at sunrise highlights the true beauty and impressiveness of this incredible monument. But, if you are traveling in winters, these mornings will give you a chance to witness the Taj floating above the mist, adding a heavenly touch to its charm.

Leave Agra to Reach Jaipur        Time: 5 Hours; 240 km (approx.)

After touring Taj Mahal, you’ll be escorted to the Pink City, visiting the city of Fatehpur Sikri on your way. This 16th century built complex is considered one of the best preserved Mughal dominated cities in India. Much like the emperor who built this historic city, the UNESCO listed world heritage site depicts a unique combination of cultural diversity. The complex was the capital of Mughal’s Great Emperor, Akbar from 1571 to 1585. But, later it was abandoned due to the paucity of water. Also visit Tomb of Salim Chishti, Panch Mahal on your way to Jaipur. On arrival, get your check-in formalities done. Enjoy traditional Rajasthani welcome dinner before going to bed.


Day 4: Explore Highlights of Pink City

Elephant Safari at Amer Fort       Time: 2-3 Hours  

Start this day with an exciting excursion to the royal Amer Fort, after an early breakfast. Located on a hill in the suburbs of the Pink City, this impressive fort was once the royal capital of Rajasthan, the land of the kings. Enjoy the royal Rajputana grandeur while passing the fort’s entrance on an exciting elephant safari. Next, drive back to the hotel for breakfast and meanwhile enjoy royal glimpses of Jaipur's star attractions, Jal Mahal and Hawa Mahal on your way.

Explore Other Attraction of Jaipur         Time: 3-4 Hours

After breakfast, you’ll be exploring the splendid Birla Temple that lies at the foot of Moti Dungri Fort. Next, you’ll be visiting the world’s largest stone sundial which is 20 minute drive away from Birla Temple.  After exploring the highlights of the pink city, spend some leisure time in the oasis of green at Ram Niwas Garden. Afterward, return back to your accommodation to enjoy mouthwatering Rajasthani cuisines served at the hotel. Overnight stay will be in the hotel.


Day 5: Return Back to Delhi

        Time: 5 Hours; 280 km (approx.) 

This morning is at leisure. Have your breakfast and complete check-out formalities to bid a warm farewell to the Pink City. Afterward, you'll be driven once again to Delhi. The National Capital City, Delhi is located 280 km away from Jaipur which is a 5 hours drive. On arrival in Delhi, you will be directly transferred to the local eatery for lunch.

Afterward, you'll be escorted to the hotel to complete check-in formalities. Rest of the day is free for activities like shopping or other leisure activities. Although, if you have time and wish to see Qutab Minar, your guide can take you to visit this UNESCO World Heritage Site, only if informed prior.

Dinner & overnight stay will be at the hotel.


Day 6: Delhi to Shimla

        Time: 7-8 Hours; 342 km (approx.) 

Today’s transfer takes around seven to eight hours but is a wonderful opportunity to soak up the beauty of this region. On your way to Shimla, enjoy drive passing the green city of India, Chandigarh. En-route, stops for some time to have your lunch, and then again continue to drive back. Traffic is banned from the central part of town, walking is the way of life here.On arrival, you’ll be directly transferred to the hotel. Indulge at the hotel settings to refresh, relax and rejuvenate yourself by witnessing breathtakingly beautiful sunset views.


Day 7: See Shimla- Queen of Indian Hill Stations

Explore Queen of Indian Hill Stations     Time: 2-3 Hours  

Located at an altitude of 2,130 metres, Shimla sits in awe-inspiring forests of pine, rhododendron and oak, yet is true to its colonial era, with many buildings styled in Tudorbethan and neo-gothic architecture. After breakfast, leave your hotel for full day guided tour of Shimla. Start with The Ridge, a broad esplanade extending east from Scandal Point, to witness jagged line of distant snowy peaks of mighty Himalayas.

Later, move to Viceregal Lodge followed by a visit to the state museum which houses an impressive collection of Himachali, Rajasthani and Punjabi miniatures.

Afternoon Visit to Jhaku Hills     Time: 1 Hour

Today’s afternoon is scheduled for a visit to Jhaku Hills. After lunch, continue your tour to see Jhaku Temple, Shimla’s most famous temple. Appropriately, hundreds of monkeys loiter around the temple, hoping for food from visitors. Feed food from a distance under supervisions of your guide.

In the evening, it’s time to stroll across the heartbeat of Shimla life, The Mall. It runs up from Chotta Shimla to Scandal Point, the official centre of town. Later, return back to your hotel for dinner & Overnight stay.


Day 8: Shimla to Delhi for Departure

Shimla to Delhi     Time: 4-5 Hours; 245 km (approx.) 

This morning, depart Shimla for Delhi on road. So, have your breakfast on time, and complete check-out formalities to reach the last destination to finish this "Golden Triangle with Shimla tour".
