Day 1: Arrive Delhi
Upon arrival at the Delhi airport you’ll be met at the airport and transferred to your hotel. You will have the rest of the day at leisure to relax at the hotel. Dinner & overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 2: Delhi Sightseeing
Proceed for Delhi Excursion tour after early breakfast. Explore Old Delhi for the magnificent views of Jama Masjid and traditional bicycle rickshaw ride to Chandni Chowk market. Then, drive along the cremation sites of Mahatma Gandhi and the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Red Fort. En-route, stop for lunch. Then continue to Humayun’s Tomb & Qutub Minar. Later, drive along prestigious sights of India’s National Capital. At last, return back to the hotel for dinner & overnight stay.
Day 3: Delhi to Bharatpur
After an early breakfast, you will be collected from your hotel and driven to Bharatpur. The journey is approximately 3.5 hours. Located 198 km away from south of India’s national capital, Bharatpur is a small city in the princely state of Rajasthan. It is famous for Keoladeo National Park which is one among India’s major bird sanctuary with around 230 species of birds. On your way to Bharatpur, en-route stop for sometime to have lunch at the local eatery. Upon arrival, spend some leisure time at hotel after finishing check-in formalities. Dinner & Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 4: Bharatpur
This morning is scheduled for a visit to Keoladeo Ghana National Park. After enjoying light breakfast at your hotel get ready for morning tour to the Keoladeo Ghana Bird Sanctuary. Spot some species of birds including Bar-headed geese, Brahminy ducks, cranes, peacocks, pelicans and egrets. During this wildlife excursion, stop some time to have lunch and then again continue to spot other fauna at the park. This time ride a rickshaw to see best views of park’s fauna. Afterward, return back to the hotel for dinner & overnight stay.
Day 5: Bharatpur to Ranthambore
Today you will be driven to Ranthambore which is a journey of approximately 4.5 hours from Bharatpur. En-route, stop at a local restaurant for lunch and then continue to drive back to Ranthambore, it is a one of the finest places in the world where wild tigers can be sighted. After 4.5 hours of road journey, you’ll reach Ranthambore. Upon arrival, complete hotel check-in formalities and relax. Rest of the day is at leisure. Dinner & Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 6: Ranthambore
Today is scheduled for early morning & evening visit to Ranthambore National Park for Safari. Ranthambore National Park is famous for spotting Bengal tigers. Here, you’ll get a chance to see Bengal tigers even during the day time busy at their ordinary quest- hunting and taking proper care of their young ones. During this wildlife excursion, stop some time to have lunch and then again continue to spot other fauna at the park. This time enjoy jeep safari to have best views of park’s fauna. Afterward, return back to the hotel for dinner & overnight stay.
Day 7: Ranthambore
After leisure breakfast at the hotel, get ready to witness 10th-century Ranthambore Fort, now a World UNESCO Heritage Site. Also visit the famous Ganesh Temple located inside the fortress area. After exploring this, stop at the local eatery to have your lunch. In the evening, explore the local market near your stay to see the local lifestyle. Afterward, transfer to Sawai Madhopur Railway Station to board train for Katni. (Dinner & Overnight Stay in train)
Day 8: Arrive Katni and Transfer to Bandhavgarh
Today morning arrival is at Katni railway Station around 7:00 am. Upon arrival, have some snacks and continue to drive for Bandhavgarh. Upon arrival, check-in at the hotel and rest for some time. Get ready for afternoon visit to Bandhavgarh National Park for Safari after lunch. Later, return back to the hotel for dinner & overnight stay.
Day 9: Bandhavgarh
Today is scheduled for early morning & evening visit to Bandhavgarh National Park for Safari. Bandhavgarh National Park is famous for spotting Bengal tigers. Day 10: Bandhavgarh to Kanha
Today you will be driven to Kanha which is a journey of approximately 6 hours from Bharatpur. It is the largest national park of Madhya Pradesh, state in the heart of India. On your way to Kanha, stop en-route for lunch at a local eatery, and continue to drive back. After this 6-hour on-road journey, you’ll reach Kanha. Upon arrival, complete hotel check-in formalities and relax. Later, get set for afternoon visit to Kanha National Park. Dinner & Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 11: Kanha
After early breakfast, leave your hotel to enjoy early morning & evening visit to Kanha National Park. Stretched over an area of 940 sq. km, Kanha National Park is known for significant population of the Royal Bengal tiger, Indian leopards, the sloth bear, barasingha and Indian wild dog. The forest also depicted in the famous novel by Rudyard Kipling, The Jungle Book. During this wildlife excursion, stop some time to have lunch and then again continue to spot other fauna at the park. Day 12: Kanha to Pench
This morning is scheduled for early morning transfer to Pench, Maharashtra. After breakfast at the hotel, complete check-out formalities to complete on-road journey of approximately 5 hours for wildlife excursion at Pench National Park. On your way to Pench, stop en-route for lunch at a local eatery, and continue to drive back. Upon arrival, complete hotel check-in formalities and relax. Later, get set for afternoon visit to Pench National Park for a quick safari. Dinner & Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 13: Pench
Today is scheduled for enjoy early morning & evening visit to Pench National Park. After early breakfast, get ready to explore the real Jungle with real Sher Khans on an open Jeep. Home to over 285 resident and migratory birds, Pench National Park is the part of Project Tiger since 1992. Some of significant population of the Royal Bengal tigers, sloth bears, and Indian leopards can be found in good numbers. During this wildlife excursion, stop some time to have lunch and then again continue to spot other fauna at the park. Afterward, return back to the hotel for dinner & overnight stay.
Day 14: Pench to Tadoba
Today you will be driven to Tadoba which is a journey of approximately 4 hours from Pench, your next destination for wildlife excursion in Maharashtra. Notably Maharashtra's oldest and largest National Park, Tadoba National Park is one of India's 47 project tiger reserves existing in India. On your way to Kanha, stop en-route for lunch at a local eatery, and continue to drive back. After this 6-hour on-road journey, you’ll reach Kanha. Upon arrival, complete hotel check-in formalities and relax. Later, get set for afternoon visit to Kanha National Park. Dinner & Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 15: Tadoda
Tadoba is the last destination of this 17-days ‘A Tryst of Indian Wildlife’ journey where you’ll get one more chance to see Indian wildlife. Today is scheduled for enjoy early morning & evening visit to Pench National Park. After early breakfast, get ready to visit Tadoba National Park on an open Jeep. Spread over an area of 625.40 sq km, Tadoba National Park is one of the oldest and largest national park in Maharashtra. During this wildlife excursion, stop some time to have lunch and then again continue to spot other fauna at the park. Afterward, return back to the hotel for dinner & overnight stay.
Day 16: Tadoba to Nagpur to Mumbai
After breakfast at your leisure, you will be transferred to Nagpur and later transfer to Nagpur Airport to board your flight to Mumbai. Upon arrival, you’ll be transferred to the hotel. This entire day is at leisure. So, relax and enjoy delicious dinner served at the hotel before going to bed.
Day 17: Departure from Mumbai
