Jodhpur
It is the second largest city in Rajasthan, and with it’s palaces, forts and temples it has become a popular tourist destination. It is alternatively known as ‘The Sun City’ for the sunny weather it enjoys. Jodhpur is also known as the ‘Blue City’ because of the high usage fo color blue in many houses in the old city area.

Among the largest forts in India, Meherangarh fort towers 400 feet above the city. It was constructed in 1459 AD by Rao Jodha.
